So basically my mother who is an American Citizen filed I-130, Petition for Alien Relative back in 2010.
At that time I was un-married. Since then I moved to the UK and I am now a British Citizen....

Good morning i am a little confused because i did my i 485 interview for the greencard and shortly after i got a letter saying my i-130 was approved and i should file for i-485. What does that mean if i already did my interview?? -

My asylum is under court processing and going to hear master in 2017. but I got approved 130 recently and I can't go I 485 directly right? How am I terminate my asylum in order to proceed my I 485 green card? -
