i 765 part 1 Question 1 for C 9 category

Hi Y'all,

I am on F1 opt EAD and now filing for adjustment of status and I 765 based on my marriage to a US citizen. However I'm not sure if I am suppose to select option 1a or 1c? since I already have EAD from my student visa. Please help
