My employer filed my I 539 for me and my dependents (wife + 2 kids). I received an approval (I 797 A) in September, 2016 for only myself and my wife. My chidren's names are missing from I 797 A.
I brought this to the notice of my company and the immigration team had filed a service...

Received I-539 approval (I-797-A) but after expiration of validity period
Dear Friends,
1. My relative is on B1/B2 visa and visited US in July 2014.
2. His I-94 expired on Dec -25,2014.
3. He applied for Extension on 17th dec 2014 for the extension till Feb 10,2015
4. Got Approval letter (I-797A) on 27 april 2015 valid from Dec 25, 2014-Feb 10,2015....Last edited by Vishal Varshney; 05-03-2015, 11:44 AM.
