My Job title in the I-129S petition (L1B) is not matching with that mentioned in the support letter. Also, the one mentioned in my Support letter is my correct designation in the company. Would this create any issue in my Visa interview.

I have traveled earlier to US on L1B visa from a different employer. However, in my current I-129S petition, in the section of 'Prior periods stay in US...', it is mentioned as 'N/A. Since, this information is not mentioned, would it create any issue in the visa interview.
