I am a naturalized US citizen and I filling i-134 form to sponsor my brother and his wife to travel to US. Few questions, when filling the form:

1. Do I need to enter the Alien Registration Number (Green card number) or will my certificate of naturalization number...

Person A = Sponsor
Person B = Beneficiary
Person C = Beneficiary Wife
Person D = Beneficiary Son.

The Sponsor is filing Form I-134 for Person B and within that form it asked to list the beneficiary spouse and children which is fine.

I have a substantial amount on my 401K account. All the money is in a Fixed Dollar Stable Value account. This means is like a savings account. My question, can I put this money on form I-134? Which line wold it go on?

I have been reading comments and suggestions on different websites and I'm confused. Some say to send form I-134 Affidavit of support with I-129f Petition for K1 Visa form, other say I-134 is only needed at the consular interview. What is the right thing to do?

Hi guys,

I've read that I-134 doesn't need to be notarized anymore. Does this mean that the photocopied form and its supporting docs are good?

In the 1040 Form of 2013 the sponsor has included as a dependent his uncle who lives in US but not in his house.

My fiance is from Colombia and is preparing for her Interview next month for a K1 Visa at the consulate in Bogota.

1. Her package mentions to her to fill out DS-230 form, but does not mention DS-160, which I thought was required for all K1 Visa applicants....
