when can I file I-485

I filed I-140 in August -2018 and I received my case number on August 28th. I didn't file I-485 until I am approved.

when I check my case online, I don't see any processing or updates.

Is this normal? the priority date on the letter, I-797, I received...

I cannot see my status update for my I-140 NIW application in USCIS webpage even though more than 4 months passed since my priority date. Is there anyone having the same issue? Should I be worried? Do you think I can get an answer anytime soon?

I have a I-140 petition which has been approved base on the case status on-line on January 18,2013. I called NCSC to confirm this approval, their agent told me that the petiotn has been approved, and a approval notice will be sent out in 30 days. Does anyone know if USCIS is still processing EB1 I-140s in view of the kazarian ruling and the USCIS interim guidance?

Any ideas on when the new guidelines kick in and are they retrospective (if so to what date)?

Comments on possible impact also welcome....
