Vaw approved , 485 requesting for evidence

Hey , so i applied for vawa concurrently with i 485 , my vawa is approved . About 20 days after approve , my i485 has an update for RFE letter will be sent out . What would they be asking for ? If the vawa was approved? Im kinda worried at this point , could it be medical ?
