when you receive I-693 courtesy letter , do online case status show status as "Ready to Schedule interview" or "Request for Initial Evidence is sent" ?

Hi, did anyone else receive a Courtesy Letter from USCIS stating that they have not received Form I-693 and that this should be submitted either when RFE is received or shown during the interview? If so, does this mean I have to do another medical exam and actually submit Form I-693 even if I have already... -
