Hi forum members
I am sure there are members confused about what to do with new I693 policy.
-my application filled in Dec2017 including I693 that was done within 30 days before application was submitted.
-as per new policy effective Nov 2018 medicals are valid for 2 years if signed...

Medical Examination Expires Before Interview - Please Help

Hello,

We just received the interview date for our I-485 AOS application (for NIW). Our medical records will expires (about 3 weeks past its 1 year validation) by the time we show up for our interview. Our lawyer told us we shouldn't send a new one and we have to wait for USCIS to ask...
