I changed my visa from H1B to F1 in 2012 and after completing my education I am applying for H1B again. Now I need to get copy of my I-797 which was valid for duration 2010-2013. H1B Transfer without approval notice.
Hi,
I had my I-129 Petition approved on Sep 9 2008. I did not use this approval, ie. I did not stamp the visa and work for the employer and stayed back in India. Also I did not to get a copy of the approval notice from the employer and the employer does not exist as off today (probably went bankrupt)....
