I recently came back to USA . My H1 petition valid till Dec 2015, but i received I-94 till May 2014. How can i get extend i-94 validity? can i extent only i-94 till my h1 petition valid date ? or i should come through port of entry again to get new i-94 ? or i should apply for VISA extension...
