Hello Friends,

I have approved I-140 and am planning to file I-485 for me and my wife. I know that I have to file I-944 for me as I am an Employment-Based Alien Worker.

Could you please tell me whether I must file I-944, I-864, both, or non of them for my wife?

Form I-944 asks to include the value of credit card debt. What constitutes a credit card debt? Is it the sum of the current balances on all of my credit cards?

As per the update on Sep 22, 2020, those who didn't file I-944 due to the July 29 injunction order, will be required to file it now. I am preparing my I-944 now.
