Lost I-129s. How to get that

Hi,
I have seen lot of post regarding lost I-129s. But not able to find a solution.
I have traveled to USA in 2007 using L1 Blanket. My employer was Cognizant.
My visa was issued in early 2007 and was expired in Feb 2010. But I left cognizant in 2009 December , so they cancelled...

Hi,

I am having valid L1B Blanket visa.
My I129 is lost and I also dont have the photocopy of the same.

I need to travel to US again. Is it really required at the POE?
If yes then please suggest me what can I do?
