I am flying to India soon for the H1B Visa interview (previously was on F1). Because of the delay from the HR department, I don't have the copy of I-129 yet. Is it necessary to have the copy of I-129 at the time of the visa interview or should I cancel the trip?

I 129 Approved by USCIS but has package not received
hello, my I129 is approved by USCIS but the mail has not reached my employer. what are the next step that one needs to take? how long do i need to wait if we have requested for a duplicate copy?? are there any risks associated with such duplicate copy ?
