I130 approved 45 days back -- but SILENCE from NVC

• I130 (citizen spouse) was filed with CSC on 7/27/18.
• USCIS approved it on 3/29/19
• CP is to be done in New Delhi
• We have NOT received any emails, or letters, from NVC

There is no address change, everything is the same as before. Without the NVC letter / invoice #, we are not able to do anything...
