I-130 Question about 46 a -d beneficiary visa 47- Passport Number?
I entered the first time in the USA on an F-1 visa and after that, I obtain the H-1(b) visa. Currently, I am on the H-1(B) visa and my US Citizen spouse filing I-130 for me. My question is do I need to enter the informaiton very first time I entered in the USA (ie. F-1 Visa and that Passport Number)...Last edited by lakshya13; 03-17-2019, 10:07 PM. -

Filed Asylum 4 years ago and had final asylum interview on MARCH 8 2018, but i adminstratively terminated asylum case and got married on january 2018, and sent i130 on 18th of january 2018.
Got notice of appearance on january 29th. and case status updated online saying that my case is recieved... -
