I got a Traffic Citation: Speeding (82/55), Careless and Reckless Driving in NC, and asked to appear in court. I hired an attorney.

Does it affect my H1 B visa extension and I140?
Does it leave a criminal record on my Name?

had filed my i140 (EB1A) under PP and got an RFE on 2nd of Sept. Subsequently, attorney download the RFE on 17th September and sent to me.
Post which he has become completely unresponsive. Have sent multiple emails !
due date is 29th Nov to respond to RFE....
