Hi Friends, Need your inputs on my case below:

I have H1B valid until Nov 2017. I also have EAD/AP combo card which is valid until 03/03/2017

I travelled outside US last year and used AP to enter. My latest I-94 shows ADMIT UNTIL DATE: 12/12/2016.

I went to India in Oct 2009 and returned in November 2009 by using my Advance Payroll. So the person at POE gave a stamp on my I94 till September...
