Transferring H1b to multiple companies during Extension process

Hi All,

Is it valid to transfer your visa to multiple companies when already company A has filed for your extension.

or is there limit or limitations that for already filed extn transfer cannot be filed with Company B, C, D.

Let me know if anyone has any...

My H1B visa got expired on 7/28/18 and I-94 was expired on 8/7/2018. My company tried to get LCA approval one week before day of expiry. Hence, LCA approval on Last of day I94 Expiry. i.e. 8/7/2018. I have valid H1B approval notice until Nov 26 2018.

I am working for employer A and I have valid I-94 till Aug-20-2018 and H1B extension filed in June-2018 in regular processing. Meanwhile I got another offer from employer B in July 2018 and they applied for my H1-B transfer in premium process on July 28 2018 and I received receipt notice Aug-1-2018....

The H1 Visa in my passport is valid till June 15th 2017.I94 is also valid till June 15th 2017.

When I travelled to US from India, I submitted for amendment and the i797 of the amendment approval notice was given till October 15th 2016.
