Recently when I entered USA on Jan 25th 2020 the officer granted me i-94 till April 18th 2020 as my passport was expiring on April 19th 2020.
I have since renewed my passport.

Meanwhile I got another offer from employer B in July 2018 and they applied for my H1-B transfer in premium process on July 28 2018 and I received receipt notice Aug-1-2018.... -
i94 correction for H4 visa
Hi,
I am currently in US holding H4 visa. My husband has valid petition of new employer and i94 till 2018. However, when i arrived my i94 expiration date was given considering his old petition which will expire in 5 days, so my i94 will expire in 5 days. Happened to stay beyond I94 by mistake
When a person come back to US after the vacation he/she is stamped as ADMIT UNTIL 2017 in the passport at POE but the I94 expiry date is OCT 2015 and the same is not noticed until June 2016.
Please advice what should be/ can be done to this case.

Hi, My I94 is expiring in another 30 days timeline. If I file my extension will it allow me to continue my stay in US.
