L1 B extention denied i797 and 194 valid till 2021

Hi My L1b extension got denied but my I 797 has no expiry date.
My I94 is valid till 2021.
I have L1b visa valid till 27 dec 2018.
Can I work and stay in US after 28 dec on I 797.If not is there any ways I can continue to stay and work
My Company will file my H1b coming...

But My I129s expiring date is nov 2017, and i have to visit to india in dec or jan .Please suggests the options here?

L1B Visa expires on August 11, 2017
I-94 expires on March 15, 2018
I-797 expires on March 15, 2018
