need help b1b2 visa

i have applied b1b2 visa second time first time i have applied with my wife now second time applied with kids as per ur suggestion....but rejected second time...i have reply all vo questions perfect but lastly he said i understand ur feeling but us immigration rules very strictly so...

I got refusal on 18 September,,,i applied with my wife...

We have two kids.. and no travel history...I thinkg these are the reason for rejection.

So please advise me

for next time ..what i should do ..apply with kids or same like as before....(Now...
