Notice I-797A about i-129 (L1 extension) approval was dated 5 days earlier than the actual date of case approval on the site of USCIS.
Due to this error, we re-entered the US based on still valid visa without I-797A notice because even though the notice was issued, on arrival day we saw only status...

Hi,

I travelled from USA to India on a short vacation on 12-Nov-2016. I returned back to USA on 07-Dec-2016 (~25 days). While in India I got my VISA stamped which is valid through Dec 2018.

Incorrect DOB in I94 and going for H4 stamping

I have incorrect DOB on I94 issued by USCIS and I have contacted USCIS and they told me to submit I102. Now I102 processing time is 2-3 months and I have to travel to India within 2 weeks and I also have to go for H4 stamping.
