My L1B petition was valid for 3 years out of which i was out of US for 8 months..I didnt file any extension yet but can we just recapture these 8 months unused out of petition?
What all documents are required? is it like we would need to file whole extension package or just entry-exit...

L1B Individual - Petition Expiry date == I94 Date
I recently traveled to US and at POE, DHS stamping is till the petition expiry date only i.e. till 2018 (I94 and Petition EXpiry date, both 2018)
However VISA stamped is till 2021..???
Anyone else faced this? -
