Well, yes, I got an Request for Evidence for my IR-2 petition. Dang it! Just waiting for my dad to receive the physical mail but I just hope they're asking for the easy ones to send to! *crossed fingers* Any of you guys got an RFE too? How was it? *I've been to the U.S. before with an immigrant visa...

1.) When will I know my IV category?
2.) I've been to the U.S. before but I voided my GC since I overstayed abroad, will it be a denial factor for my visa?
3.) How long will my processing take?
4.) What's next for NOA1?
