Family (J2) outside the USA while I change status from J1 research to J1 clinical

Hi,

I have just changed status from J1 researcher to J1 clinical (ECFMG) yesterday.
I am in the USA but my entire family is back home.
They all have a J2 visa which is under the researcher category.

THEIR VISAS ARE VALID FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND THE NUMBER ON...

i am seeking help cause my case is a little complex.... in 2006 my aunt made a green card petition for her sister (my mom) in wich i was included, the case is currently in the department of state.
I am currently engaged to a medical doctor who is waiting for a contract to work at a hospital...
