Hi, I am in process of applying for l1a visa, i have read l1a is valid and given for 3yrs. But my passport expires in 2 years from now. So there could be chance that officer could reduce visa validity to 2yrs. I want to avoid this and want full 3yrs validity for my visa.

I am having interview on coming Tuesday, I got my paper from employer, he provide me a bunch of 200 paper for I 797 action of notice. Can anyone let me know do I need to carry full bunch of I 797? Also we need to carry 3 set of I 797, if this is the case then I have to carry 3 bunch of 200 papers each....
