Hi All,

My Blanket L1 B Visa was rejected in AUG 2011 ( Hyderabad) with the reason "NOT CLEARLY APPROVABLE" & I was asked to come back with L1B Individual or H1 B.

The H1 B caps for 2012 is already closed & now my company is going for L1 B INDIVIDUAL (Chennai)......
