My L1B expired in July and I recently gave my L1A interview which did not go through. I have to now book a H1B interview date but the last consulate i gave my interview at has no dates till December.
I wanted to know if one can book an appointment anywhere in India....

L1 Blanket visa expired Feb-2016
I-129S expired Dec-2015
I-797 valid indefinitely
I-94 valid until Dec-2017

Can I stay in US till May , 2011, If so do I need to inform USICS or anyone ?

My petition cannot be extended because I have completed my 5 yrs but in L1 is there...
