L1A expiring before I140 priority date becones current

My I140 has just been filed with and priority date is 5 yrs away. I have used up 3 out of 7 possible years on my L1A visa, leaving me with 4 years at best on the L1A visa. What are my options to conitnue with the green card process?...

I am on L1A visa and my I-94 as well as I-129S (Blanket Petition) is expiring on Apr 5th, 2016. I am also going to complete the 7 year time limit on Apr 5th, 2016 - so no more extension of visa/I-94 is possible. Do I still have time to file for Green Card? What is way out?

Query: My date of birth certificate in India is from Gujarat while my Passport says: Place of Birth "Delhi". Is that an issue. If I submit my Original date of Birth certificate, will this mismatch with Passport be an issue?...

Please share EB1c requirement as compare to L1A. My employer said that EB1c is having extra edibility requirement as compare to L1A and both are not 100% same.

Guys please put your thoughts and help me in identifying thin line difference in eligibility requirement.

So, my situation is, I'm currently on a L1A. The company is doing pretty bad, so we could be laid off at any moment; the question is, if the compnay applies for the GC and then lays me off, does the process get stopped and invalid? Or since it was requested "on time" it...
