My company have processed for L1A visa however during the interview my visa status was changed to L1B,reason stated by the councillor was that my petition is more in line of L1B.All my colleagues have received L1A visa.

I like to know is there anyway I can represent...

when muy L1a appllication was denied, can i apply for an E1/E2 again withiut any problems, or do I have to wait a a time till I can try it again?
