Applying for L1A Individual

All. I am Having total of 13 years .. And 8 years of Managerial experience and managing 50 plus reportees.

currently my company is applying L1A Individual under premium process..

My Question is : I am working with my current company since one year only.....

My L1A individual filed on 5th August and got receipt on 10th August but still the status is showing ' case received'

Please anyone help me what I have to do next?
How long will take for document review and change the status?
