Previous VISA and travel history to US:
Travelled to US on B1 in 2007 and 2011 ( Two months each time)
Previously had Valid L1b Visa from 2008 till 2011 (Didn't travel on this VISA) - Specialized knowledge was Quality Analyst for L1B VISA

Please can someone suggest about this issue.

To apply for L1 - B from a company named X. Do I need to work in this company for 365 days?
I couldn't find any such rules
If there is any such thing, please someone can give me a link for this.
