Dropbox or not when 1-797 is valid

Hi,

I came to US on L1A Blanket visa and then extended my work permit twice with new petition.

My visa expired in Feb 2018 and I am planning to visit India in Dec. I know I have to get my visa stamped but not sure if I can do a dropbox or need to go to on window for interview....

Good Evening. I got my L1-B Approved and waiting to receive my approval documents. I'm planning to go India after I receive my extension documents. Can anyone let me know the procedure to get stamping at Indian Consulate. Is it going to be the same process when L1-B was applied...
