L2 EAD with extension receipt - tie with new approved L1

I have applied for L2 EAD renewal for my spouse while my L1 extension was in progress.

With my L1 extension receipt notice, I have submitted the I-765 for my spouse and got the receipt notice for the same. Processing fee $410 also debited from my account for this...

My L1B extension is just approved (reflected on the website and yet to receive approval notice), My wife's L2 EAD is expiring in October 2019 and her L2 extension request says "Fingerprint review was completed".
From USCIS perspective, i only have receipt numbers at my hand....

I am on L2 and currently both my I-94 and EAD are valid till March 22, 2018. The request to extend the petition for both [my husband (L1A - I-129) and myself (L2 - I-539)] has already been filed (under regular processing) with USCIS on October 11, 2017 by my husband's employer....

How much time does L2 EAD renewal take? We have applied for it in January end. After one month, there is no update on the status, it says "Case was received". Any one has recently got it renewed in one month or so (less than 90 days)?

My EAD expires in April 2017 and need to renew the EAD.Last time,I had paid the fees online and had submitted the application online(efile).But I am not able to find any links for submitting online or paying the fees.Could you please provide the details?
