Hi,

My husband's L1A visa gets expired on 25th April-2019 and he had applied extension including the dependents (Myself and children). Only myself and and children want to go to India for a family event and return to USA by 15th March . Please can you advise whether it is good...

Emergency Travel to India while L2 dependent extension is approved

Please help me in following situation:

My father-in-law is not doing well and thus my wife is flying to India on 10-Feb-13 and returning on 20-MAR-2013 in united states. I need your help in figuring out does my wife need stamping while entering into USA even when earlier VISA is valid...
