Once, I get my new L1B Canada Visa, my wife's old L2 visa will remain valid or not

I have a situation and I want some suggestions.

My L1B Visa is valid till 15 Jan 2012 (same is in I-94). My wife got her L2 visa recently based on my visa and she will be coming on 4th Dec to USA.

Now, my new L1B Canada visa was initiated and I have to appear...

My wife US L2 visa interview is next week.She is currently working in MNC.pls inform me that do I have to take any noc or any other supporting doc from her employer.
