L2 visa blanket or individual if L1 is blanket

Hi All,

Please let me know if i have to apply for L2 blanket or L2 individual visa when my husband has L1B blanket.

He has valid visa already and we just got married and i am applying as new.

Help appreciated.

I am working in USA on L1B VISA and my company has applied for L2B visa to my wife and 2 children and they got appointment on 4th Oct'2016 which is too late. Is there any way to get the VISA interview at the earliest to make them come USA by July'16 by paying any additional fee or...
