Cmpleted 6years on H1B my labour got approved from current employer and I140 is in process. My question is can i change to new company this time? and what is process to change to another comany after completion of 6years?

Hi,

I have applied green card from my employer. My case got audited recently. I have discussed with my lawyer, he is saying to re-apply labour from same employer. Can i apply new labour from same employer?

Employer B is ready to file my GC as a future employee.

If Employer A layoff me after Employer B applies Labour certification, can I stay in US legally? In that case, should i transfer my H1 visa to Employer B?
