Last name missing in old passport and changed in renewed but via still visa has FNU
My mother in law is visiting us by 1’st Feb 2020. Her old passport, visa and renewed passport details given below where you can see some changes the way name is given after renewal of passport. I live in USA and I am applying USA B2 Visa for my parents. I read on immihelp that if you dont have last name in Passport, fill FNU in first name.
But I am confused about what name should go in the person paying for your trip or contact person in USA in my parents' DS-160.... -

last name missing on indian passport, holding 10 yr B1/B2 visa
when my indian passport was made 30 years ago, my surname section was blank and has been like that forever.
the main concern is i have already a B1/B2 visa of 10 year validity issued to me but my father name is mentioned as last name???
now i am having a fresh passport...
