Fall Graduate OPT Submission Question

I am so happy to have found this forum. Could really use some help from anyone who knows these answers! I am graduating in the fall semester so my international office doesn't know how long OPT usually takes as most file it in the spring... so here it goes:

Does anyone know how long will it take after the visa interview to get my family based immigration visa?

Can I expect to get my immigration Visa/Sticker in my passport the same day as the interview (assuming that the consular approves me for a visa) or will I have to wait a certain number...
