I am currently on L1 visa and my i-94 is expiring on 11-Oct-2018. I had applied L-H1 Adjustment of Status application this yea r(2018) and my H1 petition is picked up in the lottery.

Am currently in L1b visa expiring in July 2016 and not yet maxed out. My H1b is approved in November 2015 applied by consultancy C.
1.Do I have time limitation to join the consultancy C.

How long will I get H1 after I stayed for 4 yrs on L1?
Hi,
I have completed 4 yrs on L1 and now my employer is converting the visa to H1 on "change of status" (means L1 will expired on the day, when the new H1 is effective, irrespective of L1 original expiring date)
My question: will I get 6 more years on my new H1...
