L1 Max out
My L1 visa will max out on Dec 2023. Currently i am still at job posting/recruitment phase, which will be followed by perm, I-140 etc. Till what stage the process should reach for continued work authorization after Dec 2023? Will i have to wait for I-140 for automatic L1 visa renewals? If not are there... -
!!URGENT!! Question on PERM // H1B Max-Out // AC21
Brief about my case:
1. My H1B max-out will end this November (2021)
2. My PERM is not yet filed. Hopefully, it will be filed by the first week of July.

Date recapture of 224 days. Company says can stay on valid I94, No need for extension

I entered US on 29th June 2008. My L1-B visa ends 30th June 2013(5 years).
My Current I-94 is granted until 24th Dec 2015. I was outside of US for 224 days.
My company says there is no need to apply for extension or recapture of dates since I already have an valid... -

Exited US on Jan 2009.
Entered US on Jun 2009.
On Sep 2009, went to Toronto(Canada) and got New L1B Blanket stamped. The new Visa was valid for FIVE years till Sep 2014.... -
I-94 date versus L/H Maxout Date
Currently I am on the L1A visa that expires on 08Sep2012 and my 7-year maxout date is also 08Sep2012. After getting back from my vacation on 31Jan2012, the immigration officer gave me an I-94 card with a date of 29Jan2015.
Does this mean that I can stay beyond 08Sep2012 (maxout date)... -

I was in US from Jan 2007 to July 2009 on L1B, when I withdrew my extension petition (due to RFE) and moved back to India. Then I got a brand new L1B in Sept 2009. Now, if I apply for an H1 now(in 2010 for 2011 quota), what will be the maxout for that H1(assuming it gets approved)?

I entered US in Jul 2004 on L1-B. Visa expired in Feb 2005 and I-94 in Feb 2007. Got an I-94 extension and continued leagal status.
