Hello. I am a Michigan filer. My pd is in June however I got a request for initial evidence in July. Will this RFE delay the interview date? Thank you in advance.

I came to Michigan, US on H1 about 2 years ago. My petition and i94 are about to expire in next 2 months. Extension of my i94 and petition is already in progress.

My driver's license is valid till my i94 expiry date.
