I have applied for my citizenship on March 2021. It's been over a year and they said it's still going to take 6 months. Is there anyway I can speed up the process?

APRIL 29, 2016 - N-400 received and was processed at their Integrated Operating Env location.

I applied for my N400 early November (2015) and my biometrics were completed on 11/30/15. There has been no progress since. Has anybody been through similar situation or is waiting longer? Thanks in advance for any input.
