Line C19 and C20 on form I-130 question.

My issue is this-

I'm doing the I-130 for my wife, and I'm kind of scratching my head about line 19 and 20.

On line 19, it's pretty easy to do, since she lives here, with me, so there's no foreign address....

I am on L2 right now. I want to file application for EAD. It can take 90 days for approval. In this time can I go to my native place for some work and can come back to US when biometric test will happen ?
is it possible ?

Under I 140 Page 2 Part 4, question 3 says " write person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet". My first language in school (back in India) was English, but my mother tongue is Gujarati.

1. So should I enter the name and address in Gujarati...
