Us citizen certificate of naturalization travel with a foreign passport

I was wondering if all goes well and I pass and take my Oath Ceremony the same day(apparently possible in some cases due to Covid), can I travel with my foreign passport along with my Certificate...

I became a naturalized citizen in July of 2020. I already have my SSN memorized. Should I do the same for my A# and my naturalization certificate number? Is there any benefit in doing so?

I had applied I130 for my wife when I was LPR and received a receipt notice with a priority date. Now I am a citizen and upgraded the petition. Can I please know what happens to the priority date after upgrade ?
