Is there any delay in the I-130 petitions submitted in march of this year?
Im just saying because a friend of mine submitted his at the same time i did mine and he already got a letter, he is from another office other than Nebraska tho.

The Nebraska Service Center received our I485 on August 21, 2016, and our case has been pending since that date.
My Husband is under a L1A Visa and I am under a L2.
The processing time on USCIS website says they are already working on the cases they received... -

The USCIS site says it is processing employment-based I-485 applications as of April 2, 2016. Mine was received July 27, 2016.
