My H1b extension was denied today and the denial reason is yet to be received.
- I have spent the 6 year H1b cap. Currently in 9th year.
- My I-94 expired on July 22, 2017.
- I have an approved I-140 as of Jan 2016.
- I had previously received 1 year H1b...

My I94 expired on sept 26 2010. Applied H1 extension in Sept 2010 .
H1 denied on May 5 2011 after query. Employer said it is random denial and asked about employee and employer relationship.

Urgent - L1 - H1 Visa (Cancelled without Prejudice)
In Feb 2007, I applied H1 with consultant X and got the confirmation and approval for the same in that year but didn’t go for stamping due to my assignment in that year.
I stamped the H1 visa in March 2008 which is valid until Sept 2010.
But in Aug 2008 I got my L1 stamped with...
