I just graduated from American College with BS degree. My F1 one status ended and i was able to continue it with OPT. I received the Work Authorization Approval for post graduation OPT. As soon as i received this form i went home to visit my family and i need to get a new visa....

Can someone please help me with below query.
My parents applied for B2 visa in 2000 and it did NOT get thru and they got a stamp in Passport last page saying: 'Application Recieved'.
